Led by Rebecca Chesney and Mikah Dolphin, Sheep & Shepherds was born from a shared desire to care for those who faithfully shepherd the heavy-burdened. Our mission is to come alongside counselors and ministry workers, offering both respite and practical tools that nurture their own wellbeing and strengthen their care for others. We provide soul-care restorative retreats, evidence-based mental health workshops, consultation for launching Christ-centered counseling centers, and clinical supervision for individuals pursuing Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in Texas.
